And while you may believe its the work in progress that is the most challenging it is in fact from the moment you say "I would like to remodel" the real work begins.
In Green Build, this is called the Integrated or Collaborative Process (also called an Eco-charette). In this stage all the trade professionals and client meet and work together to establish a scope of work, the budget, the kind of materials you desire (and the inevitable reconciling of wants and needs), the schedule and who will work together in order to make this vision become a reality

Pre Construction Consulting
$95 Hour/2 hour minimum first visit. *
*That includes a brief prior consult, research, travel time and final consult. Or it can be done in one initial consult with a brief follow up for needed information that was not provided at that time. After the initial consult time is met, time is billed on the half or hour only.
